Print it once. Anyone who scans it reads the verified survey record — surveyor, client, parcel, coordinates, lodgement. Only the property owner, with their access password, can download the original documents.

The problem
A buyer is handed a plan and has no way to tell whether it is genuine, whether it was ever lodged, or whether the firm named on it drew it. They call the firm, if the number still works. The firm digs through an archive, if the file is still there.
A QR code on the plan removes every one of those steps. Scan it and the record is there — on the firm's own branded page, with the coordinates, the lodgement number and the parcel drawn on a map.
How it works
A record is created once and the code is minted with it. Everything afterwards — corrections, new documents, a change of branding — flows to the same page.
Plan number, surveyor, client, parcel, coordinates and beacons. Upload the plan, the lodgement certificate and the satellite image.
Download the QR as SVG or print-quality PNG, or a ready-made label in four standard sticker sizes. Stick it on the plan.
The owner gets a slip with the code and their access password. Anyone can scan and read; only they can download the originals.
Features
Not a document store with a QR bolted on. Each piece exists because a firm handing over a plan needs it.
The token is generated once and the application refuses to change it — even from the console. Edit the reference, the client or the coordinates as often as you like; every printed code still resolves.
Replacing a plan adds a version rather than overwriting one. Old versions stay downloadable from the dashboard, each with the SHA-256 checksum of exactly what was stored.
Enter eastings and northings, latitude and longitude, or both. The parcel is drawn from the beacons, and coordinates are shown exactly as recorded — nothing is silently converted between datums.
Your name, registration number, logo, colour and contact details head every QR page, label and handover slip. Change them once and every record you have ever published updates.
Invite staff by email. Owners handle billing, admins manage surveys and people, surveyors record and publish work but cannot delete what has already gone out.
Scans over time, which records get looked at, every password attempt and every original that left storage — with the address it went to.
Security
The page anybody can reach shows watermarked previews at reduced resolution. The original, full-quality file never appears in it. Downloading one takes the property owner's access password, and the permission it grants lasts 15 minutes.
What we will not claim
Anyone can screenshot a preview, and no web page can prevent that. We do not block right-clicks and call it security. The password protects the original, full-quality document — that is the claim, and it is the only one we make.
Pricing
Publishing is charged once, the first time a survey is published. Editing it, replacing its documents or re-publishing it later costs nothing, for as long as it exists.
NGN 15,000.00 / monthly
For a sole practitioner getting their first records online.
NGN 40,000.00 / monthly
For a small firm publishing regularly.
NGN 90,000.00 / monthly
For an established firm with a full survey team.
No subscription. Buy credits and spend one each time a record goes live — useful for a practice that publishes in bursts.
NGN 700.00
per published survey
A subscription that lapses, or a credit balance that runs out, stops you publishing something new. It never takes down a record you have already published.
Questions
Nothing happens to the code. The token is fixed at creation and the application refuses to change it, so corrections, new documents and re-publishing all flow to the same printed code. That is the whole point of it.
The token is sixteen random URL-safe characters with no relationship to the record it points at, so one code tells you nothing about any other. The public routes are rate limited on top of that.
Issue a new one from the record's page; it takes a click and prints a fresh handover slip. Nobody can look up the old one, including you — it is stored only as a one-way hash.
No. An unpaid or lapsed account stops you publishing something new. Every record already published stays live and every printed code keeps resolving.
No. Every record, document, log and setting is scoped to the firm that owns it, and a request that reaches across firms is answered with a 404 rather than a refusal — so it cannot even be used to confirm that a record exists.
It is built for that. The page is server-rendered and cached, ships a bundle of about 1.5KB, and loads the map only when a record actually has coordinates to show.
Register your firm, record one survey and publish it. You will have a working QR page, a printable label and a handover slip in a few minutes.
